Brazil is much more than soccer and carnival

Our names are Cecy and Jessica. We are 22 and 15 years old. As Brazilian students from CTJ, we think we have the mission to change the image our country has abroad. Carnival is a traditional party from Brazil and it happens every year. At this time, we all get really excited because there is a lot of good energy and happiness. However, people from other countries think we spend all year involved in carnival. The same happens to soccer that is a great way of fun. It makes everybody get together and cheer for our team. There is no reason for foreigners to think that we don't have any other activity than soccer and carnival.

We are brazilian guys Daniel (18 years old) and Bernardo (17 years old), we live in brasilia, the capital of brazil. Here in Brazil there r people who work hard since they r born and they don`t have enough time to play soccer. in fact, almost 90% of brazilians don`t want this as a profession. we, here, usually study a lot and some of us work from the morning until the afternoon, with a heavy work load and almost no time for fun. it`s true that during carnival, almost everyone stops their normal activities to enjoy carnival but it is just for a week. after that, things get normal again. soccer is a passion of the brazilians, this sport makes us forget our social differences and our political problems, and we stop to watch our team beat everyone in the world. . so we want to take this image away and show that we are much more than u think.

Hi, girls,

That's great to hear about your Mexican background. How do you like your life in the US? What are you studying at Estrella College? What are your goals for the future?
