World Cup

The fact is: Brasil stops as the World Cup starts. People interrupt all of their activities just to watch Brazil's performances on the games. Schools get empty and friends get together to focus on the game. Usually, they make barbecues, go to bars or someone's house and then spend the whole day commemorating, talking about the scored goals and player performances on the game. People decorate their houses, the streets and even thcir cars. Everything gets green and yellow, with the mosts creative types of personalized flags, balls, t-shirts and other accessories. All of these demonstrates the expectation of the people on winning again the World Cup. We think that there are many good players in this Cup, but the one we bet on being the top scored player is Kaka, from Brazil's team. What do you think?

HI there,
here in Portugal many apartment buildings are dressed with national flags. We are also very enthusiastic about the world cup and love to get together to watch the matches, especially the ones in which Portugal plays. The world cup is a great party. May the best team win!

Maybe Kaka will be the one who scores more goals. But that is only for one reason....I was not called to play for Portugal!!!

Good luck against Gana!
